Terms of Service
Last updated 30 July 2026
ZyraSound is in early access. Features may change, and these terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer — check them against your obligations before public launch.
Using ZyraSound
You need an account to create rooms, save loops and publish tracks. You can join a room from an invite link without one. You must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live.
Your music stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you create. By publishing a track you allow us to store it and show it to others in the app, and to anyone you share its link with. You can delete a published track at any time, which removes both the record and the audio file.
What you must not post
- Material you do not have the rights to.
- Anything unlawful, abusive, or designed to harass someone.
- Anything intended to disrupt the service or other people's sessions.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Reporting tools are not yet built — please email us in the meantime.
Plans
The Free plan is available now and includes rooms, guest invites, instruments, voice and video chat, saved loops and publishing. Premium and Pro are not yet available and cannot be purchased. No payment details are collected anywhere in the app.
What we do not promise
Playing music together across a network depends on the distance and quality of your connection. Physics places a floor on how closely two people can play in time, and we cannot promise a specific latency or that any given pair of people will be able to connect. The service is provided as-is during early access, without warranties.
Ending it
You can stop using ZyraSound at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@zyrasound.com.
